How to activate Exam Lock on the C-Pen Reader 2

Exam lock and UI lock for the C-Pen Reader 2 

  1. 1. Go to the settings option on the main menu. 
  2. Press the main button to enter settings.
  3. Press down 8 times to get to system settings. 
  4. Press the main button.
  5. Exam lock andUI lock are on the first screen you see. 
  6. Press left/right onthe requiredoption. 
  7. Now you need to enter a 4-digit pin using the up and down keys to select the number and left and right to move on to the next number.
  8. Once you have selected your 4-digit PIN, press the main menu button to confirm and activate the chosenlockmode. 
  9. To remove the lock, repeat these steps and re-enter your PIN.

This video shows Exam Lock with translation and definitions disabled. To allow either, enable them in Lock Mode (see video).

Lock Mode allows customization with regards to Definitions and Translation. Set either to ON and that function will be allowed while Exam Lock is activated.
