C-Pen Exam Reader 2- External reset instructions

External Reset Instructions:

1. Connect the device to a power source and charge for at least 2 hours.

2. Using a tool like a paperclip, press and hold the reset button located on the back of the pen for 10 seconds.

3. Press-and-hold the Power button until the screen lights ups. (Can take up to 30 seconds).

4. Assuming the battery is pre-charged, the USB cable can be detached.
