Software updates

The C-Pen Reader 3 and Lingo 3 do all the hard work for you when connecting to Wi-Fi; the pen will look for any software updates if one is available.

The pen will ask you if you would like to update just Simply click or tap the yes on the screen to confirm. You can also check for software updates in the settings of the pen under system settings and then software upgrades. Clicking or taping on the software upgrade option will make the pen search for any upgrades when connected to Wi-Fi and then update if one is found

1. Ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi.

2.Open System Settings on your device

3. Select "Software Upgrades" within the pen settings

4. Click or tap "Software Upgrade" to initiate the update process.

5. Wait while the pen searches for available updates

6. If an update is found, it will automatically begin installing.
