Maximising battery life

- Avoid extreme ambient temperatures

Your device is designed to perform well in a wide range of ambient temperatures, with 62- 72 degrees Fahrenheit (16-22 degrees Celsius) as the ideal comfort zone.

It's especially important to avoid exposing your device to ambient temperatures higher than 95 degrees Fahrenheit (35 degrees Celsius), which can permanently damage battery capacity.

- Store it half-charged when storing long-term

If you want to store your device long-term (e.g. summer breaks), two key factors will affect the overall health of your battery: the environmental temperature and the percentage of charge on the battery when it's powered down for storage.

Therefore, we recommend the following:

- Do not fully charge or discharge the battery

- Charge to around 50%.

- Power down the device. 

- Store in a cool, dry environment less than 90 degrees Fahrenheit (32 degrees Celsius). - - Top up charge to 50-70% every 3 months.

During regular use:

- Do not run the battery completely flat, and do not leave the product connected to the charger when fully charged.

Top tips.

1. Proper care will help extend the life of your devices.

2. Turning off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when not being used can extend usage time.

3. Set your auto screen-off option to help save battery. 

4. Set the auto shut-down feature to turn the pen off after a set period of time to save battery.
