Does the C-Pen pen scan handwriting?

Unfortunately the pen will struggle to read handwriting as it is too unpredictable. The pen will be able to read most fonts, however floral fonts will struggle to be read by the pen.

Most of the time this is down to human error, however the pen could struggle for several reasons that are listed below: 

- The pen may struggle with some fonts or with coloured paper.
- Ensure that the pen is set to read in the correct language.
- Check that the pen is set up for left or right handed use.
- The Pen is being held incorrectly – please follow ‘how to Scan’ section for tips and tricks.
- You are scanning the text too fast – It is imperative that you give the pen enough time to scan the full word for it to appear correctly.

If these reasons are not causing the issue, please try to set their pen back to its default settings, and perform a hard reset to see if this fixes the issue. If the issue persists then please contact Scanning Pens for support.
