I haven’t received an order confirmation

We send an order confirmation to you when the order is approved in our system and sent to our warehouse to ship. If you have not received an order confirmation email from us, please check junk/spam.

If the email is not in there please contact us via Live Chat or email. Please see the contact us page on our website. It is possible that the email address entered in our system in incorrect.
