It's time to scan using your C-Pen!!

It's time to scan!

Gently press the pen down on the page, ensuring the page is straight and start scanning around 1cm from the left of the first word, then move slowly across the line of text until you reach the end of the line.

You need to hold the pen either side of the screen and hold the pen at an angle of between 75- 90 degrees.  Imagine you are highlighting text in a book with a highlighter pen!

A light will appear on the base of the pen when it has made contact with the paper. Once you have finished scanning remove the pen from the page and the light will turn off.

Product specific information 

With the C-Pen Exam Reader 2 and the C-Pen Reader 2 you can scan left to right OR right to left, in either left handed or right handed mode. 

It is important to note that with the C-Pen Reader 3 and C-Pen Lingo 3 you can only scan left to right in both left handed and right handed modes.
