Troubleshooting - e-pen explore scanner

 
Issue Suggested solution
Boot failed    Charge the devices   
The computer cannot detect a pen    Using the USB cable that came with the product   
The pen does not read out after scanning    Ensure mute mode is off in the word translation menu   
No Voice Translation    Ensure the device is connected to the Wi-Fi network  
Touchscreen unresponsive    Long-press the power button for 10 seconds to force shutdown, then boot as usual   
No scanning registered    Adjust posture to ensure full contact with the page   
Any other issues   

Go to settings and do a factory reset
