| The computer cannot detect a pen | Using the USB cable that came with the product |
| The pen does not read out after scanning | Ensure mute mode is off in the word translation menu |
| No Voice Translation | Ensure the device is connected to the Wi-Fi network |
| Touchscreen unresponsive | Long-press the power button for 10 seconds to force shutdown, then boot as usual |
| No scanning registered | Adjust posture to ensure full contact with the page |
