What happens after I send my pen for repair?

  • If the fault is covered under Warranty, we will either repair your device or, if we are unable to repair your device, will either provide a replacement or a refund, both of which will be at our discretion.
  • If we replace your product, it will be of the same or higher specification.
  • If your device is deemed repairable, we will aim to repair and return your device within 5 - 10 working days of receiving it, although this may take longer dependant on your geographical location.
  • If your device or the reported fault is NOT covered under Warranty, we do offer a Repair Service.
